Welcome to Pirate's Treehouse. This adorable Vintage Shabby chic upper loft unit is located across from the famous Jaycee park and 3 blocks from the beach. The location will not dissapoint. This home was used to transition World War | & || soldiers and was located in front of the old railway tracks. 24 steps leads you an adorable "nooks" and "crannies" loft of appox. 900 sq ft with 2 beds and 1 bath with additional sleep area and pull out couch. The space The main spaces include a cozy living room with tv couch and chair, a breakfast nook that seats 4, a full bath tub and shower (let’s be honest, it is more of a sit-down for a taller person lol - it is one of the aforementioned “nooks and crannies,” with slanted ceiling yet fully functional), our fully-stocked kitchen (we love to cook), two beachy Private bedrooms featuring a very comfy King bed and a Queen bed, respectively, TVs and extra window a/c units to supercharge the central a/c, a few steps down into a kids nook with two twin beds (for the kiddos - or perhaps for adults-who-are-cool-with-it), and an inside laundry closet with brand new 2020 LG front loading washer and dryer. We even have an ice cream maker tucked away in the cabinets. - Walk to Beach and Restaurants -Free Wifi including 3 smart tv's with Netflix, Youtube tv etc. -Free Parking- upto 3 cars -Free Fully stocked kitchen including spices & oil. -Free Shampoo, Bathgels and cream -Pet friendly with fees -Free tea & Coffee Our space also includes access to the outdoors. We have an amazing outdoor shower and hose for rinsing off bodies and feet before coming back inside. It is on the left walkway of the home and is shared between the units. This is a historic home with its quirks, character, and crooked places/ ceiling, But the charm of a home built in 1900 with such great history just can’t be beat! With 24 sweet steps up the back stairs to this fantastic beach flat...you will definitely maintain your exercise regimen while taking in the salty air of Tybee. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk away. Guest access The entire top portion of the house is available to you. Our other unit is on the base floor of the house - it has a completely separate entrance thru the front porch. It is where we stay when we’re in town, and otherwise it is also a vacation rental. We have one dedicated off-street parking spot marked "Upper" and you can fit two cars in there if needed and walk to the beach! Other things to note We are very accommodating.
