"Steuerbord" - Modern apartment in Varel

High in the north, behind the dikes... ...this modern vacation home (here apartment Steuerbord) is located in the property "Heimathafen" near the North Sea coast to Varel/Dangast. The very central location allows you to reach the village quickly and just as quickly directly to the beautiful Jade Bay in Dangast. Thanks to the connection to the BAB 29, both Oldenburg or Wilhelmshaven and the East Frisian North Sea coast are within easy reach. This apartment (60 sqm) is suitable for two adults and two children. The space It is a 60 sqm apartment on the ground floor, consisting of a living room with integrated kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed, a children's room with pull-out double bed, bathroom with shower and utility room with washing machine, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner. Garden furniture is available for four people. Bed linen and towels are to be brought or can be ordered from us beforehand and will then be deposited in the apartment. The apartment is perfectly suited for two people and two children. Guest access A key handover does not take place as we work with an electronic door lock. The corresponding numerical code will be provided to you shortly before arrival. Towels and linens are not part of the booking, but can of course be brought along. Thank you. Other things to note Note for vacation guests: We must point out that a guest fee (formerly tourist tax) is to be paid on site. This is €2.00 per person per day/night in the main season (May 1 to September 15). During the rest of the travel time, this is €1.00. Children up to the age of 6 are not charged. To ensure a smooth process, the names and addresses of the vacation guests must be communicated in advance so that a guest card can be created on site.
