The Villa is a two floor, 4 bedroom home. Tastefully decorated blending modern and antique style with a breeze of oriental. 2 bedrooms are on the first floor accompanied by 2 spacious verandas and 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor with direct pool access. A Spacious FULL-equipped kitchen for Cooking nights. A Spacious Outdoor area for Outdoor Dining or a relaxing glass of wine beneath the moon and the stars by the lightened pool. Dart board, chess, poker cards and a mix of different board games! The Villa is fully air conditioned (mode Heat or cool) & extra blankets. In the winter months, we do not use the Central heating but instead the air conditioning on heat mode!!! Plastic plates + cups, fridge/freezer, Private Pool area, sunbed Loungers and a Hammock. Outdoor BBQ. We have Smart Tv with Netflix, International adaptors, Portable electric pool Toy Inflator / Air Pump! Cleanliness is a Top Priority to us, cleaned before and after each arrival. The Villa is a detached home making it ideal for Business meetings/Seminars and Family Reunions. The villa is Just off the A3 highway. 15 mins drive to central Larnaca. Ideal for people seeking privacy, serene leisure or a Business Stay. Only a 2 Minute drive to the beach and local shops. Easy access to the the highway, which takes you all over this Sunny Island. 2 minutes drive to the CTO Beach. 4 min drive to Cyprus Uclan University. 5 mins drive to the well known Galu seaside venue. 20 minute drive to one of Europes favourite themed waterparks in Agia Napa. Locally within Pyla village which is only a 3 min drive away, you will find many Casinos, some really nice local bars and restaurants, fashion clothing stores and also 24 hour bakeries and mini-markets for your convenience. Larger Supermarkets are accessible by car/taxi. Guest access The whole house and all Amenities are available for all guests. Other things to note We would Highly appreciate the house being left clean and orderly on your departure. Please switch off Air Conditions when you exit any room or you are not at home. Please do not remove the bath towels from the Villa upon departure, otherwise they will be charged for. Family Dinners, Business workshops, Seminars, are most definitely WELCOME! Please be considerate of the neighbours. You can smoke in all outdoor areas and Verandas. All air conditioning can be used on cool or hot mode for the winter months.
