Located on a 2100 sq ft property nestled 10 miles between 2 of the Gulf Coast's most adored beaches, the Emerald Coast room will provide a relaxing and fun place to recuperate from a day full of seeing the wonderful sites the Gulf Coast has to offer. I want to make sure your experience is enjoyable, so please thoroughly read the details of the listing, and contact me with any questions you have. The Emerald Coast Room is a room in a house where myself and others may be staying. You’ll have a private room with electronic locks and full access to all common areas and appliances. This includes full access to use anything in the kitchen. Since your room door and front door have electric locks, self check-in is super easy. You’ll be sent instructions on your reservation day and you'll have full access to all areas you are able get into! This room can host up to 2 people (with the help of a rollaway bed I'll set up upon necessity), and pets. By default it is setup for 2 people, so please be sure your reservation includes accurate guest counts. Enjoy multiple fire pits, a picnic area, relaxing hammocks, video game consoles, free coffee from our "Coffee Corner" in the fully stocked kitchen, free and fast wifi internet, TV with Roku in your room, access to Hulu, Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney+, and YouTube premium and more. Your door will have a code for entry for you only, so your belongings are safe in your room. Your room is stocked with high quality bedding and memory foam pillows. We want to make sure your time is enjoyable and your stay is as clean as possible, so we regularly clean all common areas daily. We also have many toiletries, coolers, and beach chairs for use upon availability, so please let me know if you would like use of any of these. We're also happy to offer, at an additional cost, on-site car washing/detailing, paddle board rentals, and ride hailing services. Please review our policies regarding pets and additional guests under "Things to Know". The bathroom will be cleaned before our arrival, and is cleaned daily. If you find yourself in need of toiletries, there is provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and we carry additional toiletries to offer upon request. We're also happy to offer, at an additional cost, on-site car washing/detailing, paddle board rentals, and ride hailing. Please me know in advance if you are interested in any of these services. Please also allow me the opportunity to address any issues you may have during your stay before providing anything less than a 5 star review, as I am on-site and able to address most issues quickly. We care deeply about your experience here, but we can only fix things issues we know about them. We look forward to your stay! You'll have full access to all areas you are able go into, including our lounge area, business center, kitchen, porches, fire pits, hammocks and more. I live and work on the property and will be available at most times. I’m willing to be as social or not as you’d like, though I love the opportunity to get to know new people! Immediately down the street there’s a great breakfast and lunch restaurant and The Eatery, where several food trucks provide a welcoming and fun place to eat. Walmart, Publix, several restaurants, Starbucks, Dollar Tree and much more within 5 miles. There is an extensive and fun Zoo within 2 miles of the retreat, convenience stores within 1/4 mile, and the Gulf Island National Seashore, Pensacola Beach, and Navarre Beach within 10 miles. Looking for some night-time fun? The town hosts a handful of bars with clubs and more in Pensacola Beach and Downtown Pensacola. Nearly everything you'd need is off of highway 98. Uber's and Lyft are available in the area, and there are rental car companies nearby. I deeply concern myself with you enjoying your stay, so please let me know if there is anything I can do to help ensure you do. We love your pets, too! Please note though, that we consider them guests, so please add them as a child to your reservation, inform of any pets coming to stay, and be aware of extra guest fees they may incur. Smoking allowed outside in designated smoking areas. Quiet time is between 10:30pm and 6:30am. The temperature in the house is kept between 70-74 degrees. If you are hot or cold natured and you have a preferred temperature, let me know and I'll try my best to accommodate your desired temperature.
