Relax and unwind in this lovely updated home on a quiet street of East Rochester! Centrally located between Penfield and Pittsford, with quick access to 490 Expressway. Parking for two cars in driveway. Spring Lake Park is just around the corner with a playground for children, off leash area for dogs, plus Irondequoit Creek for anglers! The kitchen features a gas range and is fully equipped for at-home cooking! I want to enjoy your stay and won`t be onsite, but if you have any emergency please phone Cheryl at the number provided. NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors. Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture. Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.
