Other things to note House layout & info: (stairs outside to go between top & bottom floor...no stairs inside house) Guests will have full access to the house with exception to the storage room (garage). The house has a top-floor main living area that consists of: -a bedroom with a King bed -dining area for four -living area with pull-out couch -full kitchen -full bathroom The house also has a separate downstairs studio that consists of: -single space with queen bed, pull-out couch, 55" 4k TV, and desk/work area The downstairs studio DOES NOT have a restroom. You will need your own accounts to use streaming services on TVs Accessing the water requires There is NO LIFEGUARD on the beach; swim at your own risk, and life-vests are provided. HOUSE RULES, SAFETY & OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Visitors & Noise • No unregistered overnight guests are allowed. Additional guests/visitors are not permitted without prior approval. The Host reserves the right to terminate the booking immediately if this rule is not followed and respected. • The maximum property capacity is up to 6 people. • A $58.00 charge will be added for every extra Guest with pre-approved. • Parties and gatherings are prohibited. • Please be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet time is from 10:00p.m. till 8:00a.m. Please refrain from making noise during that time. Heating • The thermostat is mounted on the wall to the right of the kitchen bar. Please press the up or down buttons to adjust the temperature to your liking. • To turn the heat on or off, press the Mode button twice and adjust it to your liking temperature. Child Safety • Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are always fully responsible for their safety. • Using glasses outside is suggested cautiously for safety reasons. • Children must always be accompanied by an adult while outside. Be aware that no fences on the bulkhead prevent children from falling into the water. • No standing on or playing around the bulkhead. Pets • This home is pet-friendly, dogs only that are under 60 pounds, a $98 pet fee per dog applies. • If you are bringing 2 or more dogs, please inform the Host at the inquiry. • No pets on the furniture • No pets to be left unattended • No using bowls from the kitchen for your pet (dog bowls are provided, stored in covers) • Clean up after your pet • Dogs must be always on a leash when outside at all time. • If there is any pet damage, please contact us so we can work it out. Otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit. • Service animals are the exception Secure & Energy Saving • To keep belongings safe and secure, close and lock all the doors and windows, and turn off lights & air conditioners when leaving the premises. Safety • Use caution when using stairs and steps surrounding the premises, such as a walking pathway to the house, up/downstairs, steps to the covered patio, the bulkhead, steps to the beach/water, walking on the beach, etc. • Use caution when using steps from the patio and steps to the beach! • When walking to the beach, please use appropriate shoes. • Swimming at the beach at your own risk! • No candles lit inside the house. The candles are only for decoration. • An adult must always accompany children while outside. Be aware that no fences on the bulkhead prevent children from falling into the water/rocks. Fire pit/campfire • It is located outside on the patio. The fire pit is for campfire only to enjoy. • Firewood is complimentary. The woods are home-chopped (Note: Donations/tips are welcome!) . Candles are for decorative only. It is not for guests to use/lit. Smoking • Smoking/vaping of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property. • Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a deduction from the security deposit. • Do not use the premises for any illegal activity. Damages & Breakages • Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so we can repair or replace them. • Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid damage or breakages. • The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence Renter is liable and agrees to accept charges to the card in file during occupancy. No parentheses are needed. Cleaning & Maintenance • No shoes in the house. • No eating or drinking in bedrooms. • There is no deep clean is expected, but please help to tidy up the room • Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checkout • Turn off any electronics when you leave the house. • Garbage and recycling cans are in the driveway, in front of the garage door. Kayak • Kayaking is done at your own risk; Sunrise Beachfront Home (STR914, LLC) is not responsible for personal injury, death, or property loss. • All registered guests must sign the KAYAK (and PADDLE) BOARD WAIVER (ADULT and CHILD) the day before check-in. • For details, please see KAYAK (and PADDLE) BOARD WAIVER (ADULT and CHILD). • Kayak is located on the patio behind the chaise lounge chairs against the house. • Life jackets are located downstairs in the utility room on the left side (through a curtain) • For Participants under the age of 18 and/or Participants with legal Guardianship • Must sign the Kayak waiver form(s) before check-in! ---CRABBING & FISHING-- o Drop crab cages from the kayak in front of the house (with license & in season). 2024 Season: Open from July 1 through August 26, Sundays and Mondays only. (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays will be closed.) o Catch salmon and other fish from the beach (with license & in season). o For additional crabbing and fishing information please visit the "Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife" website Kitchen • Please help yourself to anything in the kitchen (tea, coffee, salt, olive oil, etc.). Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, and appliances. However, remember to wash all dishes and utensils before leaving. • Trash and recycling cans are located underneath the sink. • Extra trash bags are on the shelf located inside the cover
