Please note that this home does not allow any pets. This is a non-smoking home. The living room has a 42-inch flat-screen TV with cable, a wood-burning fireplace, and access to the deck area. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the deck. The master bath has two sink areas and a tub/shower combo and heated floors. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite full-size bathroom with heated floors. The third bedroom has a King-size bed and an en suite full-size bathroom, and heated floors. The dining table seats five, and the breakfast bar has seats for two. The fully stocked kitchen also has heated floors. There is a nice deck accessed by either the living room or the master bedroom, and views of the Warm Springs runs. The condo has a stack washer/dryer. Complex Features: The Sawtooth Condominiums are on Ritchie Drive and are within walking distance to Warm Springs lifts on Bald Mountain. The complex is close to après ski activities. Downtown Ketchum is about two miles away and can be reached via the free shuttle bus service. The shuttle will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts. Sawtooth also features a common-area hot tub as well as a sauna in the complex, and ski storage for all of your equipment. PARKING IS LIMITED TO ONE CAR ONLY. Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
