Both bedrooms are on the first floor each with a private bathroom, king bed, and exterior patio entrance. The spacious living room has a cozy gas fireplace, wall mounted TV, small bar area and opens to the kitchen and dining nook. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and is fully stocked for a chef! There is also half bath located on the first floor. The second-floor loft has lounge space for reading and games, a full bathroom, and a working area with a printer near the wifi. There is also a portable AC unit that keeps most of the home cool in the summer. Additional flex space is available on the third floor for families to spread out if desired. Other amenities of this home include a private 2 car garage and two additional parking spaces, washer/dryer, wine fridge, lovely deck space, plenty of open grassy areas, and a pack-and-play and highchair available upon request. This townhome is located in a quiet area with lots of grass open areas with aspen and pines trees. ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES. This home is pet friendly. There is a $75.00 pet fee per dog as well as a refundable $100.00 deposit per dog.
