The property is fully private with no shared walls, driveways, or neighboring rentals. Entry is via smart lock. Your unique access code is provided through the Gilson guest portal prior to arrival. Free on-site parking is included. The Level 2 EV charger is available at a daily rate, bookable through the portal. Before arrival, you will be asked to complete a brief identity verification through the guest portal — a standard step that takes a few minutes and secures your check-in details. Other things to note The primary renter must be 25 or older. A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival and released in full after checkout, provided all access items are returned.
