The main house features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large open kitchen concept, separate dining area and expansive living area with fireplace. The primary bedroom boasts breathtaking views of the Valley, cozy fireplace, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. Featuring a backyard oasis with an expansive deck, separate patio with gazebo and a new swimming pool with custom water features. The detached guest house boasts a new redwood deck, full kitchen, fireplace, full bathroom and incredible views of the property grounds and Carmel Valley. Complete with air conditioning. This is an incredibly rare offering and slice of paradise that does not come available often! *Detached guest house is available to book upon request (this is a separate listing with its own parking and entrance and shares no common spaces or amenities with this home, however, I suggest you book it if you consider yourself a very private person and do not want anyone else on the property (link sent upon request) Guest access entire main home and swimming pool but not guest house unless booked as well. Other things to note -Pet fee is $150 for up to 2 dogs. -PETS: If you bring a pet, and the pet causes damages, you agree to pay for such damages (door scratches, stained couches, etc). You must ensure they will not scratch any doors or go on the beds or sofas. Carmel Valley Veterinary Hospital offers really reasonable rates to board your dogs if this is an option for you. -Swimming Pool is only HEATED upon request. We need a 3 days notice to start it. It is $150 per day and only heated from May through the end of September. We require a 2 day minimum on heating it. -Guest House: The guest house is located 100 ft away from the main home. It sits below main home and to the right. This place is separate and has no common or shared areas with the main home. Guests have their own private entrance and parking. If you would like to add it we will send you the link, otherwise it may be booked. -Make sure to bring all of your groceries and beverages as you are a 15-20 minute drive from Carmel Valley village and there is no grocery store nearby. -The drive to this property is on a narrow, winding country road which is dark at night. Please plan to arrive during daylight if it is your first time at the property. Do not plan to travel into town to restaurants or weddings for heavy drinking and expect to drive back to the home safely. Use pull-out spots to pull over for locals that may be driving faster. -Please note that the pool is an extra amenity. If anything should happen to it during your stay, I will do everything in my power to fix it in a timely manner. However, there are no refunds with issues related to the pool. *** * On behalf of our HOA and community, I kindly ask all of our guests 3 favors so that we can continue to host you in this beautiful area: (1) please follow the 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT for your safety and that of our neighbors as this is a narrow road once you enter sky ranch estates, (2) if anyone in your group smokes, please make sure cigarette butts are not thrown out either in sky ranch or on Cachagua road as it is hot up here and we suffered a SEVERE FIRE two summers ago in our HOA, (3) do not wander or TRESPASS onto other homes or neighboring properties to take pictures, etc as doing so is trespassing private property and will be reported to the sheriff. You must acknowledge and accept these rules after you book by stating, “I AGREE to follow these RULES, and will be charged a $500 deposit if these rules are broken.” Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything.
