Country Club Condo - Golf, pool, great location!❤️

Golfers and non-golfers alike will love this spacious two room condo. The unit features one large bedroom with vaulted ceilings and windows, as well as an ensuite full bath. One queen, one full, and one twin size bed are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner electric cooktop, a microwave, and a small toaster oven. A washer and dryer are included in the unit. Our canine friends are always welcome. If you're coming for surgery, I have special recovery pillows. The space The unit is situated by the 17th green of the championship golf course. Guests will have complementary access to the executive par 3 course, as well as the swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness center located in the clubhouse. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit. Other things to note This space is pet friendly! Fido is most definitely welcome. (But no cats please!) Pets need to be on a leash when outside. I will provide baggies for cleaning up number two. Please let me know how many pets you are bringing. A surcharge of $20 per pet will be assessed during the stay. Also, please note that the unit does not contain an oven. A small toaster oven is available. All three beds are located in one large bedroom. An accordion door which can separate the bedroom from the living room. There is a small swimming pool in the back yard of the unit. You may use it free of charge. Sometimes in the past it has not been maintained, so I generally do not include it in the listing.
