The space The property has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom, garage, off street parking, full kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, A/C, Internet wifi, front porch, back deck, backyard, beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella and games. Guest access Guest will have full access to the whole home. The basement of the House is excluded from this rental agreement. This area will be kept locked. Landlord has personal property stored in the basement. Landlord may need to access the basement at times during your stay. Advance notice will always be given in the rare case access is needed. Other things to note We have everything you’ll need to create an amazing experience while here in Old Orchard! Premium beds/linens/towels are provided, sip coffee on the back deck and enjoy free WiFi as well! Washer/dryer are also available for your convenience.
