Convenient tandem carport for parking and large outdoor communal patio for entertaining. W/D in unit and full kitchen. Small bistro table for two for dining. Utilities (water/sewer, gas, electric, internet) included in stays 1-3 months. Stays longer will be responsible for gas/electric. Other things to note No smoking in or on premises; no parties; no pets allowed.
