A lake view can be requested but cannot be guaranteed. • Grocery store at resort entrance, plus Hallmark/Sweete Shoppe on site • A vehicle is necessary at the resort as most of the amenities are spread out over our beautiful 14,000 acre resort property. • Resort is secluded: limited shopping 20 miles away, little nightlife • For your convenience, the front desk is open Monday - Thursday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday - Sunday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Guest(s) arriving after these hours should contact the front desk to make arrangements. • All of the outdoor swimming pools are seasonal, therefore they are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only. • There are several Wi-Fi hot spots in the community that offer Internet access during your stay. • A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in. • We require the guest information for the primary guest (should at least be 21 years old) checking in to be provided as soon as possible to avoid check-in issues. The Neighborhood: • CW Fairfield Harbour is located in New Bern, NC. Getting Around: Please call the resort directly with questions regarding parking and checking in.
