There’s nothing like waking up every morning and feeling the sun shining through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room while you sip your coffee and contemplate the day. It literally feels like you're up in a treehouse. The covered patio is a great place to enjoy the fresh air and view. This unit features two bedrooms and a “Hollywood” bathroom, which has a second sink/vanity in the Master Bedroom that can be closed off from the main bathroom. This is the perfect place for a family coming to enjoy what Austin has to offer or could house up to three couples for a music festival or a weekend out on the town. There is one king bed and a full-size bed in the smaller second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, such as coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric water boiler, toaster, blender, cookware, silverware, ceramic and plastic dishes, four burner stove, oven, microwave, and even a press pot! And we have an instant Pot, popcorn popper, waffle iron, and hand mixer upon request. Other amenities include: beach towels for Barton Springs, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, extra bath towels and linens, Roku HD TV with antenna for local channels, board games, high-speed internet, shampoo, conditioner and other basic bathroom essentials. Guest access There are 2 off-street assigned parking spaces in front of the building. There is ride sharing and bike and scooter rentals easily available. There are parks and restaurants within walking distance. You are renting the entire unit - this is not a shared space, except for the grills out front. Other things to note We have contactless check-in with keyless deadbolt. All of our properties are fully stocked with linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, make-up wipes, lotion as well as basic kitchen items (spices, oil, etc) and organic coffee beans, grinder, filters and drip coffee maker. CLEANING FEE: There is a $115 cleaning fee for shorter stays and $200 for 30+ day stays. If you are booking a monthly stay, we will add the extra as an additional request. PET FEE: Please note that if you plan on bringing a pet we do charge a $50 pet fee for shorter stays and $100 for monthly stays. If you choose to instant book, we will add the fee as an additional request. We expect that pets will be kept off the furniture and kept in a crate or behind a gate in the kitchen when you leave them in the condo. Crates, gates and/or couch covers are available upon request. HOTEL OCCUPANCY TAX: AIRBNB will collect the State & City tax of 17% and pass it on to us to remit. Stays of 30+ days or active military on official business with a certificate are exempt. NOISE CURFEW: The City of Austin enforces a 10:30 PM noise curfew that we must abide by. We take this very seriously out of respect for our other guests and neighbors. If we receive a complaint, we will address the issue with the primary renter, and a second complaint may be met with an immediate eviction without refund. SMOKING: We only allow smoking or vaping outside using the ashtray provided. Please don't throw butts on the ground.
