The space This family-friendly space has been fully renovated including new floors, enhanced lighting, redesigned master bath, positive wall colors, new appliances and 2 streaming TV's. It is decorated with with new furniture designed to brighten your mood but add convenient comfort which ever room you venture into. The kitchen opens into the living room with plenty of sofas and seating while you binge on the latest show or just chill out. WIFI fills the home and one of the bedrooms serves as an office which allows for productivity if so desired. The house is set back from the street and you will have private access via a rear gate from the alley allowing you ample private parking. The rear yard is big enough to relax and enjoy the figs and roses. All in all the space is quiet, interior is modern, new and should private you all the comforts needed to enjoy your stay. Guest access Guests can initially and conveniently access the home via the front door with a unique keypad code. Since overnight parking is not available on the street, guests can make use of private driveway and garage which can accommodate up to 3 cars. Parking access is available through the sliding gate from the rear. The Guests will be temporally assigned a gate and garage opener. Other things to note Our home is centrally located and walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants or grocery stores if you desire. There are many nearby outdoor activities including hiking, horse-back riding or just cycling. The major Freeways are close and can get you to Hollywood, Downtown LA (25 miles west) or Pasadena which is about a 25 minute drive on weekends. LA provides the best of all activities with beaches or the mountain hikes being ~1 hour drive. If you want to stay put in La Verne you'll enjoy the friendly and helpful community. You'll enjoy the full kitchen with pots, pans, silverware and other items to cook your meals or enjoy takeout. If you need additional kitchen items we will do our best to accommodate. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoos, bath gels, hair dryer for your convenience. Washer, Dryer with detergent is at your disposal. We offer free wifi which you will be able to access once you arrive.
