Beautiful and charming home on the north end of downtown SLC! Just minutes from the freeway and about a mile away from the center of downtown. With restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. just a short walk or drive away, this is the perfect house to be at if you want to be centrally located and still have a neighborhood feel. This home is equipped with all of the amenities you’ll need to have a comfortable stay away from home. Look forward to hosting you! The space Parking in the driveway has you right next to the front door, there is enough for 2 parking spots, and free parking all along the street in front. When you enter the home you walk right into the large living room with vaulted ceilings and large windows. Walking down into the hallway leads you to the first bedroom on the right, equipped with a full size bed and a large closet with plenty of storage. Back into the hallway, there is another large closet and storage area. The hallway will then lead you towards the back of the home with the large kitchen and dining area; kitchen is fully equipped to make any meals or coffee. After the kitchen, you will see the full size bathroom, full size washer and dryer in their very own room, and the second bedroom with a full size bed as well. The fully fenced backyard has its own dining area, great seating, and outdoor lights to enjoy relaxing moments you would like to spend outside. Bring your pets! Guest access Guest have full, private access to the entire house and all of the amenities.
