Enjoy our beautiful swimmable and private sandy beach, heated pool, Tiki Hut with picnic table and grill and beach front lounge chairs and umbrellas. The unit is in a middle building, on the ground floor with no stairs, so you can easily access our beautiful beach and a nice refreshing pool. It is a quite and family friendly place where you can relax. We are 55 miles north of Key West and 110 miles south of Miami. A quite, tropical place to relax and enjoy The Keys. The space Our apartment is on the ground floor in the middle building. Fully furnished two bedrooms with two bathrooms and a kitchen with a living space. The master bedroom has an access to a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. To get to our private beach on the Atlantic Ocean you do not even leave the property grounds, it is just a steps away from the apartment. This is a tropical haven with the unique charm. Guest access Or guests can access a beautiful, private and swimmable beach with a lounge chairs and umbrellas and a heated swimming pool that is open all year round. We offer beach side Tiki Hut with a picnic tables and gas grills. Other things to note Our guests can enjoy: - pickleball courts, 0.5 miles away, with a 1, 7 or 30-day passes for open play between 7AM and 11AM daily from November 1 to April 30 - tennis courts, 0.5 miles away - 9-hole par-3 golf course, 0.5 miles away, open with a fee to the public from 7:30 am to dusk - a children playground, 0.5 miles away, at the Key Colony Beach Recreation Center - a marina within walking distance, 1 mile away. - the iconic Sunset Park is just on the corner, where you can find a stunning views, amazing sunsets and many community events.
