La Petite Bellarderie: comfort, calm and space!

Situated at the edge of a small hamlet, the cottage “la petite Bellarderie”, completely restored and renovated in 2021, is situated in the Vienne department, around 45 minutes south of Poitiers, in the commune of Champniers. The cottage has the advantage of being in the middle of nature but not far away from all amenities: the town of Civray with it’s shops, restaurants and weekly markets is less than 10km away. The space This lovely house is a perfect retreat for a couple. A second bed (90x190) is available in the bedroom, which is spacious enough for a family, but the house is not suitable for very young children (less than six years old). A cot can be provided upon request. WiFi is available in all rooms. Calm location, private parking in an enclosed area.
