Mini Earthen House in Brocéliande

Within the "Gîtes Les Fleuries", this pretty mini-house in bauge (raw earth), named L'Atelier, has been renovated in natural materials, earth, wood, lime…, which brings a quality of well-being, a feeling of cocoon. This ecological site (former farmhouse) is being rehabilitated into lodgings, nature spirit, while respecting the old building. The space The "Gîtes Les Fleuries" welcome you year-round. Capacity of this mini-house: 2 people The accommodation includes: - on the ground floor, a living room of 14 m2 with - kitchen area with oven, induction stove, fridge, kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster, folding table, 2 chairs - a sitting area with a sofa, a wood-burning stove - bathroom with toilet, - on the mezzanine and under the slope, a king size bed 180 x 200 (2 x 90 x 200) The gîte is not intended for parties or events. It is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. This accommodation is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties, access to the bed on the mezzanine is via a 50 cm wide miller's ladder. Brand new bedding. The vacation rental is heated by the wood burning stove only. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels, garbage bags are also provided for the start of your stay. The washing machine and freezer are in the common laundry room of the cottages. Supplement for bed linen (organic cotton) of 5 euros per person and 5 euros for towels (2 gloves, a towel, a shower sheet) per person. Cleaning kit available. If you'd prefer not to clean, the cleaning fee is 30 euro per stay. A deposit cheque of 300 euro will be required upon arrival (not cashed) and returned upon departure if no damage is found. Wi-Fi access. The mud houses have thick walls and sometimes let the telephone network pass through randomly. At your disposal, a terrace with garden tables and chairs, barbecue. The rest of the garden, in motion, wild and respectful of biodiversity, is common for the lodgings, everyone can however find their intimate space in its many corners. Swing, various games for children and adults, bike and motorcycle shelters, and parking are at your disposal.
