Sarine & Sylvain will welcome you under their roof, in their comfortable, brand new (June 2022) 40 m2 air-conditioned gite in the middle of an olive grove (5500 m2). In the heart of the Dracénie, between the sea & Verdon, you will be ideally located to visit the Var. You will have direct access to the gite, but they will always be there for you if you need a service or information. A retired nurse, Sarine will be able to babysit your children if needed from time to time. Optional breakfast (€8/pers./night). The space 40 m2 type T2 air-conditioned apartment. Separate entrance, olive grove view. 1 independent bedroom with 140 cm bed, closet-wardrobe, TV. 1 bathroom with sink/furniture, bathtub, towel rail. 1 living room with sofa bed, large 50" TV, kitchen equipped with refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, 2 coffee makers, kettle, all utensils, dining table for 4 people. Guest access Independent access to the gite, you will also enjoy the large plot, your terrace equipped with a large table (10 people), parasols and outdoor shower. Your vehicle will be parked nearby, directly on the property with a separate entrance. Petanque court under construction, swimming pool planned for 2023. Wall-mounted key box with code (code sent before check-in on request). Other things to note The classic sweet breakfast is optional (€9 per person), consisting of fresh bread, croissants, chocolate croissants (or "chocolatine" if you prefer), butter, jams, coffee (filter coffee and Senséo), tea, milk, juice. Some products will already be in the cottage, fresh products will be brought in the morning. If you wish to book it, please let us know the day before, it is served at your convenience between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
