The location is very popular and central, situated near the lovely town of Monnickendam, typical Dutch surroundings, and Amsterdam. A 20-minute journey via public transportation takes you to Amsterdam. There are plenty of excellent restaurants close to the houseboat! - The boat's location may vary throughout the year - This boat is not intended for self-navigation The space In the living room, a large, comfortable sofa transforms into a generous double bed, perfect for two adults or children! This sofa essentially provides three separate sleeping areas. The accommodation comfortably accommodates 4 guests. There are two bedrooms, each with sleeping space for two—a double bed and a bunk bed. Additionally, there's a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a stove and hood, along with a roomy bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, and a large mirror. At the front, a large window with a sliding door offers stunning views of the surroundings and the water. Don't be surprised if the local ducks come to greet you—they're very friendly! Through the sliding door, access the spacious front terrace with a generous table—perfect for relaxation. A sizeable rooftop terrace is also available, accessible via a staircase at the back, both featuring secure railings. The bright and spacious living room features a large, comfortable sofa that also converts into a very generous double bed. The main bedroom includes a fixed double bed, a wardrobe, and its own door leading to the rear deck. The second bedroom has a cozy bunk bed that accommodates both adults and children comfortably! Guest access The accommodation is entirely yours, ensuring complete privacy. You won't be sharing the space with anyone else and have access to all areas—it's truly a fully private home with all amenities. What's especially delightful is the spacious rooftop terrace, exclusively available for your use. Other things to note To book this accommodation, guests must be at least 23 years old. The stay is reserved for vacation or recreation purposes only. Parties and events are not permitted, but, if you just like to celebrate an anniversary or a special occasion, this is, of course, possible.
