Whether you're on vacation or telecommuting, traveling alone, as a couple, or with family, it's the perfect place. Max. 6 people. The space CASA BAHÍA FINESTRAT is fresh, bright and Mediterranean. You will feel like you are on the coast as soon as you enter, walking barefoot on the baked clay floor. The house has different levels that allow you to enjoy different environments with a lot of privacy. You can park right outside the house. You enter a beautiful private courtyard surrounded by cypresses and summer trees, where you can enjoy a coffee in the mornings. From the same door you can already see the garden and the pool, which is less than 10 meters from the backyard and with direct access. As soon as you enter, you have a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with a huge window facing the mountain. Going down some stairs (the floors are counterbalanced generating interesting levels) you reach the indoor dining room and living room, which extends to the garden and the pool. This backyard is very intimate and surrounded by tall cypresses. Going up another level you will see a large bedroom, with beautiful ocean views with two beds, which can be joined if desired, forming a 1.60 cm bed. This room has a wardrobe and workspace with desk, plus a large TV on the wall. The room has its own bathroom, an Ibizan-style space with a huge shower for your relaxation. On the next level and with a lot of privacy from the first bedroom, there is the second bedroom, with mountain views, a double bed, its own bathroom with shower and a huge wardrobe. Climb a few more steps and you will reach the jewel of the house, a large terrace overlooking the sea and the Benidorm skyline. Here you can enjoy wonderful lunches in winter and cool dinners in summer, enjoying the sunset over the island of Benidorm. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The living room has air conditioning. Guest access CASA BAHÍA FINESTRAT is just for you. You won't share it with anyone except the tropical garden and the community pool. The front patio, backyard, and penthouse terrace are all for you. It also has a shared tennis court and another similar pool to which you have direct access from the house. The pool has showers and is open from March to October, both months included, and is lit at night, so you can swim at night (closes at 10 pm). There is no lifeguard, but it has an established children's area. The pool is not usually very crowded, so it will often seem like a pool just for you :) Normally you can park next to the entrance door to the house. Other things to note This is your vacation home. Everything is new and carefully chosen for relaxation and to make you feel at home. With two bathrooms with spectacular showers and an additional toilet, there will be no waiting problem :) Three different outdoor spaces, for every moment of the day or night: entrance porch, pool garden and the large terrace overlooking the ocean. You have sun loungers, chairs and pool towels. There is an umbrella and awning in the pool patio for lovers of the sun… and shade.
