The house has different levels allowing you to enjoy different environments with a lot of privacy. You can park at the door of the house. You enter a beautiful private courtyard surrounded by cypress and summer, where you can enjoy a coffee in the mornings. From the same door you can already see the garden and pool, which is less than 10 meters from the backyard and with direct exit. As soon as you enter, you have a toilet and the kitchen, fully equipped and with a huge window towards the mountain. Going down a staircase (the plants are beaten generating interesting levels) you reach the indoor dining room and living room, which extends towards the garden and pool. This backyard is very intimate and surrounded by tall cypress trees. Going up another level you will see a large bedroom, with gorgeous ocean views with two beds, which can be joined if desired, forming a 1.60 cm bed. This room features a closet and work space with a desk, plus a large TV on the wall. The room has its own bathroom inside, an Ibizan-style space with a huge shower for your relaxation. On the next level and with a lot of privacy regarding the first bedroom, is the second bedroom, overlooking the mountain, with a double bed, its own bathroom with shower and a huge closet closet. Climb a few more steps and you'll reach the jewel of the house, a large terrace overlooking the sea and the Benidorm skyline. Here you can enjoy wonderful lunches in winter and cool dinners in summer, enjoying the sunset on the island of Benidorm. The two bedrooms has A/C and ceiling fans. The living room has air conditioning. Guest access CASA BAHIA FINESTRAT is only for you. You won't share it with anyone except the tropical garden and the community pool. Both the front yard, backyard, and attic terrace are for you. It also has a shared tennis court and a similar pool that you have direct access to from the house. The pool has showers and opens from March to October, both months included and lights up at night, so you can bathe at night (closes at 22h). There are no lifeguards on duty, but has a children's area in place. The pool is usually not very busy, so it will often feel like a pool to yourself :) You can usually park by the entrance door to the house. Other things to note This is your vacation home. Everything is new and lovingly chosen for relaxation and to make you feel at home. With two bathrooms with spectacular showers and an extra toilet, there will be no problem with waiting :) Three different outdoor spaces, for every moment of day or night: entrance porch, pool garden and the large terrace overlooking the sea. You have lounge chairs, chairs and pool towels. There is an umbrella and awning on the pool patio for the sun lovers… and the shade. All bedrooms and living room have A/C and quiet ceiling fans.
