The space Stone house built in 1900, renovated and fully equipped so you feel right at home. Capacity for 8 guests plus a baby (crib available). With 264 m², including 80 m² of garden, which will surely be your favorite spot: a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the silence and tranquility, accompanied by birdsong, the gentle flow of the Hijuela River, and the breeze through the trees. You’ll also enjoy spectacular views of the Montes de la Peña, an impressive limestone ridge. Heating is available throughout the house (please see “other important details” for conditions). Ground floor: spacious entrance hall, 28 m² kitchen and living room, full bathroom, paved garden terrace, and laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and cleaning supplies. The living room features a cassette fireplace, 42” TV, DVD player with a wide selection of movies, two comfortable sofas, and an extendable table seating up to 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality utensils (good knives, pans, and kitchen cloths), microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven, extractor hood, induction cooktop, kettle, and dishwasher — perfect for those who love cooking. First floor: full bathroom and 4 double bedrooms (11, 12, 15, and 16 m²), one of them with a TV. Second floor: spacious attic with north and south-facing windows, divided into two areas to suit your needs: a home office with screen, keyboard, desk, and ergonomic chair, and a children’s area with games, a blackboard, and books — sure to be the kids’ favorite spot. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire house, except for one room used as storage. Enjoy a fast and reliable 300 Mbps fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection, perfect for remote work and streaming. The house features a smart TV, a wide selection of children’s games, and an attic workspace fully equipped with a monitor, keyboard, mouse, desk, and ergonomic chair — all with spectacular views. The private garden includes comfortable furniture, loungers, and a large portable barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals and enjoying nature. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare everything from simple snacks to full meals, with dining areas both indoors and on the garden terrace. In the living room, you’ll find a fireplace with included firewood for cozy winter evenings, a 42” TV, DVDs, and a curated selection of books. The children’s play area is located in the spacious attic, offering games, books, and a chalkboard in a safe and welcoming environment. Bed linens, towels, and hygiene products are provided, and additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request (at guest’s expense). Public parking is available just a 1-2 minute walk away and is easy to access, though please note the house has several staircases, including at the entrance, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. To enhance your stay, we provide local guides to explore the area, and the decor blends comfort with beautifully restored antique furniture that adds charm to every corner. Other things to note • To ensure a transparent and sustainable use of resources, from September 10th to May 20th, heating and hot water will be charged at €1 per liter of diesel consumed. The boiler is equipped with a meter to accurately track usage. • High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available. • Please do not smoke inside the house — the smell is unpleasant for us and for future guests. • This is a private home. We kindly ask you to leave it as clean as you found it for the next guest. Please don’t leave any rubbish inside — bins are less than a minute away, just to the right as you leave the house. • We encourage responsible use of water, electricity, and heating oil. Please switch off lights and heating when you're not in the house. • The nearest airport is Bilbao, 50 minutes away. • There is no public transport in the village, so a car is necessary. • This is a small, quiet village. Please be respectful of our neighbors, especially during resting hours. • Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. • We hope you’ll take care of the house, the surroundings, and the natural environment as much as we do.
