Four double bedrooms, garden with sun loungers and barbecue, living room with fireplace, play area, office and well-equipped kitchen. Tranquility, views... and life. The space A stone house from 1900, renovated and equipped to make you feel at home. Capacity for 8 people + a baby (crib available). With 264 m², including 80 m² of garden, which will undoubtedly be your favorite space: an ideal corner to disconnect and enjoy the silence and tranquility, accompanied by the song of the birds, the murmur of the Hijuela River and the breeze among the trees. In addition, you can enjoy the spectacular views of the Montes de la Peña, an impressive barrier of limestone ridges. Heating is present in all rooms (see conditions in "other important details"). Ground floor: large hall, kitchen and living room of 28 m², full bathroom, terrace with paved garden and laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and cleaning products. The living room has a fireplace with a cassette, a 42" TV, a DVD player with a large selection of movies, two comfortable sofas and an extendable table for up to 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality kitchenware (good knives, pans, cloths), microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven, extractor hood, induction hob, kettle and dishwasher, perfect for cooking lovers. First floor: full bathroom and 4 double bedrooms (11, 12, 15 and 16 m²), one of them with television. Second floor: spacious attic with north and south-facing windows, divided into two areas to suit your needs: an office equipped with a screen, keyboard, table and ergonomic chair, and a children's area with games, blackboard and books, which will become the little ones' favorite corner. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire house, except for a room that we use as a storage room. You will enjoy a stable and fast 300 Mbps fiber optic Wi-Fi connection, ideal for both teleworking and streaming. The house has a smart TV, a wide selection of children's games and a covered space equipped as an office with a screen, keyboard, mouse, table and ergonomic chair, all with spectacular views. The garden is private and has comfortable furniture, sun loungers and a large portable barbecue so you can organize outdoor meals and enjoy nature. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare from simple recipes to full menus, with space to eat inside and on the terrace-garden. In the living room, you will find a fireplace with firewood included for winter nights, a 42" TV, DVDs and a curated selection of books. The children's space is located in the spacious covered area, where the little ones can play with games, books and a blackboard in a safe and welcoming environment. Linens, towels, and toiletries are available, and extra cleaning can be arranged on demand (at the guests' expense). Public parking is just a 1-2 minute walk away, with easy access, although the house has some stairs, including the entrance, so it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. To complete your experience, we offer local guides to explore the area, and the decor combines comfort with restored antique furniture that brings a special charm to every corner. Other things to note • To ensure transparent and sustainable use of resources, from September 10 to May 20, the consumption of diesel for heating and hot water will be charged at a rate of €1/liter consumed. The boiler is equipped with a meter that allows you to control consumption accurately. • There is high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi. • Please do not smoke inside the house. The smell is unpleasant for both us and future guests. • This is a private home. We kindly ask you to leave it as clean as you found it for the next guest. Please do not leave trash inside: the containers are less than a minute away, leaving the house on the right. • We recommend responsible use of water, electricity and diesel. Please turn off lights and heating when you're not home. • The nearest airport is Bilbao Airport, 50 minutes away. • There is no public transportation in the village, so a car is required. • This is a small and quiet town. Please be respectful of neighbors, especially during hours of rest. • Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is before 10:00 am. • We hope you take care of the house, the surroundings and the natural environment as much as we do.
