The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october. The space Only 5 meters from the water! The cottage is about 25 m2 + 10 m2 loft contains living room with kitchen, dining area, bedroom with fitted wardrobes, fully tiled toilet / shower room with underfloor heating, aircondition, loft and 12 m2 terrace with garden furniture and barbecue area. The kitchen has fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, combination convection oven / microwave, extractor fan, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and kitchenware. There is WIFI and 42 inch full HD SMART LED TV with swedish channels SVT1 HD, SVT2 HD, TV4, TV6 and german, english, italian, frensch, polish, spanish channels via parabol antenna. The bedroom has a double bed of 160x200 cm. The sleeping loft has two 90x200 cm spring beds. The sleeping loft has a low ceiling and steep stairs. The living room has a sofa bed 110x200 cm. For beds there are duvets, pillows and blankets. The cottage is connected to municipal water and sewer. Parking behind the cottage. Guest access Garden, parking, pier and boat exclusively for those renting the cottage. Other things to note In July and August, the cabin is rented out weekly with Saturdays as exchange days. The rest of the year, the cabin is rented out by the day. The price includes heating/AC, electricity, water, Internet via fibre, WIFI and Netflix. When renting for whole weeks (7 days), sheets and towels are included. When renting per day, sheets and towels are not included but can be ordered. Towels then cost SEK 100 / person and sheets SEK 150 / person. Possible options that can be booked subject to availability in connection with booking the cabin. Can also be booked on site subject to availability. - Kayaks (one-person) SEK 1000/kayak/week SEK 300/kayak/day - Canoe with seats for 4 people (max. 400 kg) SEK 1000/week, SEK 300/day - Bicycles SEK 600/bicycle/week, SEK 200/bicycle/day - Upgrade to boat for 5 people with oars and outboard (petrol 5 hp) SEK 300/day or SEK 1500/week. Fuel costs are added. Boat for 4 people with oars and electric outboard (86 LB) included in the rent. - Optimist dinghy SEK 700/week -Dinghy with oars SEK 400/week The plot, the jetty and the boat are available only to those who rent the house. Boat with oars and electric outboard (86 Lbs) and included April-October. Boat may be available during other parts of the year but cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the weather. Pets are welcome. Rental supplement SEK 500 when pets are included. Smoking not allowed indoors. Free fishing in the sea. There is a lot of pike and perch. Targeted fishing for pike and perch prohibited March-May. Cars can, subject to availability, be charged from a 11 KW charging box in separate parking lot approx. 50 meters from the accommodation. The accommodation is charged for the cost.
