Upon entering, you will find yourself directly in the cozy living room with dining area. The modern kitchen is half open and fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination and 4-burner hob). Air conditioning and ceiling fans are available in all rooms. There are 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed of 160x200cm and a wardrobe with locker. The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90x200cm, and a spacious wardrobe. The spacious renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower, a washbasin with 2 laundry rooms and a toilet. Also, this apartment has a separate toilet where the washing machine is also located, neatly removed behind wooden doors. The complex is well maintained and has 2 lifts. Other things to note During the year there will always be a swimming pool open. In winter, the covered heated swimming pool is open.
