Conveniently situated just over an hour north of Winnipeg in the east beaches are on highway 59, 20’ past Grand Beach and 10’ before Victoria Beach. This beautiful 4 season cottage is a 1200 sq. ft. “A frame” with a wall of windows and doors overlooking Lake Winnipeg to the west. Kitchen and dining area overlook the large living room with fireplace all overlooking the lake. The euro style kitchen comes fully stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, utensils, baking dishes, casserole dishes, slow cooker, magic bullet, griddle, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cutting boards, serving dishes and more. Appliances include slide in oven/stove in island, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and mini fridge. This large bungalow has a full washroom with laundry as well as a large outdoor shower. Features also include screened in porch which stays very cool, firepit, play structure, upper decks off the cottage on the lake side and the roadside for those windy days and also a lower deck directly over the beach/lake. There is a propane BBQ, and two car parking pad. Sleeps 6-8 with 1 king, 2 queen size beds and a bunkbed.
