Matheson Lake Guest House

Come stay at Matheson Lake Guest House where you will enjoy a country setting nestled on 10 private acres with scenic mountain views! Minutes away from Matheson Lake Park, Pedder Bay Marina, and the MyChosen Cafe. Suits 4 comfortably, fully furnished, smoking outdoors ok and pet friendly. We do require a $30 pet fee, please add at the time of booking your reservation. The space The space is bright, clean, open and airy, with high ceilings and lots of natural wood features. Sit and relax on lush furnishing indoors or lounge outdoors and enjoy the colorful sunrise and mountain views. The living room sectional couch pulls out. The space could sleep 6 in total, but we ask that you please inquire with us first as there are extra fees that will apply. To access the space there are approximately 20 stairs. Guest access Guests will be provided with 4 designated parking spaces located at the front of the house. Please park along side the concrete curb closest to your entrance. A sign is posted on the front of the house. Please park along the curb. There are more areas to park beside the outdoor washroom if required. Guests will have full access to the upstairs portion of the house, a balcony off the front and large deck off the back. The hot tub is located around the back of the house on the ground level and is shared with the owners. There will be a key in a lock box, or use the key pad to unlock the door. Please go on in and make yourself at home! There are approximately 20-25 stairs to climb to get up to the living space. There are no washer/dryer in the space. Your critters are welcome! There is a $30 pet fee per pet required at the time of booking. There are two dogs that live on the premise, both extremely friendly. We do ask that you keep your pet on leash while in close proximity to the house. Shovels/pooper scoopers are leant up in random places. We would prefer if you flicked over the bank as opposed to bagging it and leaving it for us to deal with later....yuck!!! Other things to note We really would like to provide the ideal getaway for our guests! With that being said, if there's anything we can do to further accommodate them we urge them to please let us know! **IMPORTANT- We ask all guests to ensure that they have trip cancellation and extended health coverage at the time of booking. Refund requests outside our cancellation policy for personal health reasons and unexpected weather events (that may cause road closures or other delays) such as: snow storms, flooding, forest fires, power outages, ferry cancellations, etc. will not be given.
