Our apartment is located in the Urner Oberland not far from Lake Lucerne and the SkiArena Andermatt-Sedrun. The location directly on the north-south axis makes it advantageous for activities and yet you are in the mountains in nature. We have a garden with barbecue facilities and deck chairs to relax in when the weather is nice. The apartment is furnished to the property standard and designed for 2-4 adults and 1 child. Welcome to Casa Restelli Your hosts Katrin and Fabian The space The 2.5 room holiday apartment with floor heating for 4-5 people is located on the ground floor of the apartment building with an entrance almost at ground level. The bright and open living and dining area form the center of the apartment. The high-quality kitchen with red glass back wall, equipped with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, kettle and everything else necessary and the adjoining dining area with corner bench and table, invite you to a cozy meal like at home. The cozy living area with a pull-out couch as well as TV and WIFI invite you to linger in the evening. The bathroom with rain shower is manageable, but created with a lot of love. The bedroom has 4 beds (1 160x200cm & 1 140cmx200cm) and cupboards for storage. In the garden part for common use with a barbecue area, where you can sit comfortably together. There is a parking space in front of the house. The bicycles can be parked and pets are allowed on request.
