Welcome to the penthouse apartment No. 827. The penthouse vacation apartment furnished in a maritime and bright style is located in a dreamlike location directly on the Sierksdorf Baltic Sea beach and offers a panoramic view of the Lübeck Bay. The 133 m² vacation apartment was renovated and completely refurnished at the beginning of 2020. When furnishing, we have placed emphasis on high-quality and cozy furnishings, so that you lack nothing during your vacation. Other things to note The heart of the penthouse is the large living and dining area with open kitchen. The large window front (7.50m) facing the sea with a balcony in front offers a fantastic panorama from Sierksdorf over Scharbeutz and Timmendorf to Lübeck-Travemünde. In the evening the sea of lights of the Lübeck Bay enchants. The fully equipped kitchenette convinces among other things with large refrigerator, separate freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and oven. The living area offers a sofa with flatscreen TV (70 inches), a large DVD collection and a cozy reading corner with library. From here you have access to the 33 m² balcony, which is not visible and is equipped with whirlpool, table, chairs and loungers. Here you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view and sun from sunrise to afternoon. The penthouse offers two separate bedrooms and a guest room. In both bedrooms there are comfortable box spring double beds (180×200 cm) and blackout blinds for a high sleeping comfort. One bedroom offers a fantastic panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and access to the balcony. Enjoy this fabulous view of the Baltic Sea already in the morning when you wake up and start the day so relaxed. The second bedroom also has a window to the sea side, but is a passage room to the guest room, where a guest couch (160x200cm) is located. All three rooms have a TV. Thus, up to six people can sleep comfortably in the penthouse. The spacious and luxurious bathroom has a bathtub, large rain shower with side massage jets, towel heating, hairdryer and thus leaves nothing to be desired. The toilet is located in a separate room.
