Welcome to Loft 1- Your private Sedona retreat! This spacious 890 sq ft loft is larger than any hotel room in town and designed for complete comfort. Vaulted ceilings and large windows fill the space with natural light, opening to beautiful views and your own private balcony. Enjoy a peaceful, walkable location close to restaurants, shops, groceries, and theaters, plus quick access to Sedona’s best hiking trails. We’re close to the 89A corridor, which makes getting around easy, but you may hear occasional traffic. The loft includes a white-noise machine, and individually wrapped earplugs are available. Most guests rest comfortably, but if you’re very noise-sensitive, please consider this before booking. The loft is above a ground-floor spa; please be mindful during business hours. Guest access Access & parking: Enjoy complete privacy with contactless self check-in via the lockbox on your door. Your stay includes one reserved space (Loft 4) under the covered carport. If someone is in your spot, please leave a polite note and message us—you may also park along the fence directly across from the carport. Other things to note Note: There are 15 steps that lead up to the lofts. No pets (for guest allergies). Evidence of pets incurs a $250 sanitization fee. Late departures after 10:30am without prior approval incur a $100 fee. The bedroom entry does not have a door as the loft design embraces an open, flowing floor plan.
