Our stylishly furnished guesthouse provides everything you need for a comfortable and private stay: • Bedroom with a comfortable 1.80 m wide box spring bed • Modern bathroom with shower and hot water (instant water heater) • Cozy living room with leather sofa and flat-screen TV • Fully equipped modern kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, blender, and American-style refrigerator • Directly in front of the large sliding doors: an 8-meter-long swimming pool for your enjoyment Petit Hambourg is our personal retreat in beautiful Togo, and when we are not there ourselves, we are happy to share this special place with you. Location: The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Baguida, about 15 km from Lomé’s Grand Marché and approximately 2.9 km from the Lomé–Aného main road. The last 2.9 km are via a sandy road. Lomé, with its beautiful beaches, bars, and restaurants, is easily accessible by car or motorcycle. If you need a driver, feel free to contact us. A generator is available to ensure that light and water remain functional during power outages. Please note that the air conditioning units are not connected to the generator. Guest access Fenced property. Parking place in the yard. A night watchman for your security is included in the price. On the property is this 1 bedroom guesthouse and also another villa with 3 bedrooms These are two structurally separate, independent and fully equipped buildings on the same plot. Le renters of both buildings do have acces to the pool. The house is aprox. at 2,9km from the main road Lomé Aneho, approx. 15km from the grand marché in Lomé's city center and about 17 km from the airport. The last 2,9 km from the main road are on a sandy road. Enjoy your stay in this quiet residential area and relax away from the hustle and bustle. Lomé and its beautiful beaches, bars, restaurants etc. can be reached by car in the above mentioned distance. Please feel free to contact us if you need a driver. Other things to note Electricity is not included in the rent. There is a separate Cashpower meter that you can load with credit as needed. We have a generator which ensures that light and water are still available in the event of a power cut. The air conditioning systems cannot be used with the generator's emergency power supply. A weekly cleaning is included in the price. If you want more frequent cleaning please contact us. For reasons of hygiene, we do not provide towels. Please bring your own towels and shower utensils. Quiet safe neighborhood. Approx 2,9 km from the beach and the main paved road. Unfortunately the last 2,9 km to our house are not tarred yet. In dry weather this means a slower drive on the sandy road. In or after rain there are unfortunately more difficult road conditions in many parts of Lomé, including our neighborhood. Please do not follow the instructions of the navigation system but let the local people describe the best way. From the Monument traffic circle, the house can be reached by car or motorcycle cab via the above mentioned route.
