Ranch style guest house with 2 rooms and 1 bath. Located in the heart of Dinuba, close to shopping and dining. Located near Kaweah Lake (45 mins), 46 miles (1 hour) from Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, and 90 miles (2 hrs) from Yosemite National Park. Only 21 miles (30 minutes) from Visalia and 30 miles (35 minutes) from Fresno. Medical professionals will find Reedley, Selma, and Visalia hospitals nearby (10-25 mins). Trailer space available! PLEASE READ POOL INFO. BEFORE BOOKING. The space This home is equipped with a TV and Netflix. Full Kitchen with, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, pots, pans, utensils, and cutlery. Mini split. Portable heater upon request. Coffee and syrups provided. Full bathroom with towels. Small Work area. Pool and BBQ grill are available with advance notice. Guest access Access to entire guest house with 2bd 1 bth and Free Parking in front of home 2 cars MAX. Plenty of trailer space in the front or to the east of the guesthouse. Other things to note Pool/BBQ access must be requested at least 24HRS before arrival date and MUST be approved. Please send the request in as soon as possible. Pool hours 10am-7pm depending on availability 3-4 hour increments. POOL CLOSED FOR WINTER MONTHS ( Open April 15th-September 15th). NO SKINNY DIPPING. Mini Split is the AC for the unit. For stays longer than 7+ days a mandatory bi-weekly deep clean is added to your stay ($125 fee/bi-weekly). No EXTRA LINENS, WASH CLOTHES, HAND TOWELS OR TOWELS provided. Laundry in unit No dryer use between 4p-9p. EXTRA LINENS/TOWELS can be provided for for a small fee.
