Located in Corinth VT this special place, called DAWAFields, it is close to Bradford, Thetford, Fairlee, and just minutes from exit 16 on interstate 93 with paved/plowed roads the whole way. Rolling hills and the south branch of the Waits river bordering the property make it a great place to Journey outside, paint in the fresh air, have a family reunion, restore yourself in nature, sound healing or yoga in the fields, and swim in a private swimming-hole! 11 acres for walking, foraging wild medicinal plants, or snowshoeing. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook meals including a stocked spice cabinet, dishes for 20, large subzero fridge, microwave, coffee pot and french press, large air frier (with dehydrator for the berries and flowers you pick), bread-maker, electric kettle, kitchen counter height table for meal prep seats 4, toaster, and dishwasher. Free Wifi in the house. Ample parking on site. Pets allowed. Children welcome but house is not childproof so guest assumes all risk and liability when booking the house. Chef available on request at time of booking. Groceries delivered for your arrival from local organic farm! Both veggies and meat available with some pantry staples, beer, cider, and fresh baked goods. Mid-stay cleaners available on request. Cleaning supplies provided. Support staff for your retreat available for on-site help or concierge services. All rooms are fully furnished with high quality antiques from local auctions or new locally made Copeland Furniture, new bedding, new comfortable mattresses, closets with hanger, dressers, and/or writing desks. Two full bathrooms. Downstairs bathroom near master Peacock Room has a large soaking bathtub! Epson Salt, bubbles, soap, and towels for 14, hairdryer provided. Large washer and dryer on first floor with soap provided. Living room with TV for DVDs, enough seating for seven with floor space for more to pull additional folding chairs in that are provided. Coffee table can be moved to accommodate four to six people for resting for sound healing, etc. Dining room with tables to seat 14 people with cloth linens and side serving board. Upstairs Lunge is cozy place to read and relax with large futon and ample pillows, projector for casting movies to the wall, air popcorn maker, and popcorn provided! Bonus extra large "connecting" room for game-time, movies, or yoga. Board games, cards, books, popcorn machine, projector to connect your computer for casting movies onto the wall provided, double sided desk with two chairs, and a printer. Big enough for group activities, a small wedding ceremony, sound healing, and other ritual spiritual ceremonies! 14 meditation cushions, six yoga mats, comfortable leather couch, two cold plunge tanks, and massage/reiki table available on request. Heated by electric heaters in the Fall/Winter. Sliding doors from "connecting room" to a large deck that overlooks the Waits River, propertie's 11 acres, and mountains, Outdoor deck has couch, two lounge chairs, cafe table with 3 chairs, picnic table seating for 8, and a fire-pit including free firewood. Unobstructed views of foliage and fields intentionally wild and glorious in warmer months with wild flowers to help feed pollinators and grasses to shelter wildlife. A private swimming-hole means you never have to leave DAWAfields to have a little dip in the warmer months and a cold plunge if you're adventurous in cold months.
