**Les Studios de la Faisanderie** Welcome to the 1st floor of a small house (no elevator). Two studios face each other face to face in the same house: There are 2 bedrooms (3 beds), a living room-kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The entrance to the house is private. The entrance is autonomous thanks to a connected lock. I'll send you the codes the day before you arrive. The space The kitchen of apartment 1 is fully equipped (Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave oven grill), the bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, a hairdryer and a straightener are available. The beds are composed of new bedding (Emma, voted the best mattress by UFC-Que choose). One of the rooms, ideally for a family with 2 children, is composed as follows: 1 bed of 140 x 190 "at the bottom" and 1 bed of 160 x 200 "at the top" which can be considered as a "large bunk bed". All 4 people will sleep in the same room . The mezzanine bed is forbidden for children under 10 due to the stiffness of the ladder. The bedroom roof windows are equipped with an electric blind that opens and closes with a light switch, you will sleep in the total darkness. Bed linen and towels are provided as well as some toiletries. Fiber is installed and Netflix subscription is included. Guest access The Princes' vegetable garden is at the end of the street (2 minutes walk), the Horse Museum and the large stables are 5 minutes away, the Chateau is 8 minutes from the apartment. A bakery is a 3-minute walk away and a 2nd is 5 minutes from the apartment. You can stroll along the Nonette and ride a horse with the Henson Equestrian Centre which is at the end of the street. The apartment is located in the city center where you can mingle with local life enjoying homemade whipped whipped cream. The city can be easily visited on foot and if you have a little energy left, you can sink into the forest for long walks to the Commelles ponds for the bravest (1 hour 15 minutes walk through the forest or 15 minutes by car) and enjoy a good pancake or have a drink at L 'Étang d 'Art (according to prefectoral orders). Golf de Chantilly is a 7-minute drive from the apartment. The beautiful Senlis and its Gothic cathedral are a 15-minute drive away, The village of Pierrefonds and its medieval castle are 50 minutes by car on the edge of the Compiègne forest. Asterix Park is 25 minutes away. You can reach Paris in 50 minutes (not counting traffic jams;) ). CDG Airport is 25 minutes away. The one in Beauvais is 45 minutes away. Chantilly-Gouvieux Train Station is a 15-minute walk from the studio. Other things to note ✬✬✬ Please do not mix plates and cutlery between apartments. To allow for a low cleaning fee, we ask that you help us by putting all the dirty dishes to the dishwasher and turn it on before leaving please (tablets are provided). Also, please do not leave wet towels on the bed but put them on the floor in the bathroom. ✦Just so you know, check-in is anytime after 4 p.m. ✦ Check out is at 11am. Late check-in and/or check-out is possible for €20/hour. Please contact us to find out about availability. ✬✬✬Here are some rules about the property: ✦ One pet is allowed for €90/stay. Please add it when selecting the number of guests. Please do not let them get on the beds or sofa or allow them to do what they would not be allowed to do in your home. ✦ For safety reasons and for the respect of everyone, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment (bedroom and stairs). In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006 setting the conditions for the application of the smoking ban in places assigned to collective use, smoking in the studio exposes you to an additional charge of €300 taken from the deposit. Any inadvertent triggering of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged €300 for the cost of restoring the fire safety system. ✩✩ For your safety and the safety of the neighbors: ✦ For your safety, the entrance to the house is filmed, ✦ Parties are not allowed, please respect the quiet hours between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. ✦ prostitution is prohibited in this facility. If there is a suspicion of prostitution, a call to the police will be triggered immediately, ✦ if you receive guests for the night please let us know as this has an impact on the price of your stay and local taxes, ✦ even if you have verified your identity on the booking platform, we will ask for valid ID for each person staying in our house, ✬✬✬ CANCELLATION AND REFUND: ✦ To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking and the cancellation must take place at least 14 days before check-in. ✦ If the guest cancels between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, they will receive a payout equal to 50% of all nights booked. ✦ If they cancel after this period (between 0 and 7 days before arrival), the entire stay is due. ✦ A change of dates is possible until D + 7 maximum of the day of the request. ✦ A refund will be possible if (and only if) the canceled nights have been rebooked, and at the prices they were rebooked (so less expensive than those canceled because prices will be lowered so they can be rebooked at the "last minute"). ✬✬✬ If you agree with all these rules, we'd love to welcome you on the day of your arrival ^^ Otherwise, if the conditions allow, you can cancel your stay (policy just above;) )
