Welcome to our “Bama Home” where you’re immediately greeted with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Step into the central living area where a full size kitchen and main living area welcome you to start relaxing inside or out. Grab your morning coffee and take a leisurely stroll or grab a beach chair and absorb the fresh air and gulf breezes. Condo fits 6 (4 adults, 2 children) comfortably, from the comfy living room to mattresses that will give you a great nights sleep. 25 or older to book. The space We have hopefully thought of everything from the comfortable living area to the comfortable queen beds in the bedroom and loft. Including built-in bunk beds where your munchkins can fall asleep amongst dolphins, sea, and sky.
 * Main level bedroom (queen bed), twin bunk bed in the hallway alcove, loft has an additional queen bed with armoire. * Capacity is up to 6 people but limited to 4 adults as the top bunk bed has a weight limit of no more than 150 pounds.
 * 1 full and 1/2 bath are located on the main level
 * Fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances. 
* Living/Dining combined area with two recliners and seating for 6
 * Full size washer/dryer in unit 
* Private balcony with seats for 4
 * Smart TV's are located in the Living Area, bedroom, and loft.
 * Condo is on the top floor with no one above you and amazing views of the Gulf and dunes Guest access Guests have full access to the entire condo, minus an owners cupboard and attic space Other things to note Must be 25 or older to book, person booking must be staying at the property. Complex is protected by security cameras in parking lots, walkways, pool/hot tub, and community areas. Unit is protected by a ring doorbell, which does record motion detection (usually turned off while guests are in, unless there is a indication that there is an issue reported by a neighbor or security staff). Guest registration passes have to be displayed in all vehicles on site. No smoking/vaping inside or on the balcony. Complex is smoke free - fines can and will be assessed No pets HOA rules
