This gorgeous tiny house boasts a downstairs bedroom, plus a double-loft, kitchen, and bathroom. (This tiny home is inside what is currently an RV park. Rates are discounted during this time). Unwind and recharge in the Banner mountains. We are pet friendly, however please observe that we charge a pet fee of an extra $25 a night. The space Experience San Diego's back country! Located on sixty-two acres, Banner Ranch boasts breathtaking trees, a meadow, seasonal creek, and local wild life such as turkeys and deer. From Banner Ranch there is immediate walking access to the California Riding and Hiking Trail, and the charming heart of Julian town is a ten-minute drive. Banner Ranch is anchored by a historic General Store soon to offer an array of local handicrafts and refreshments. Come refresh and relax with us! *PLEASE INFORM US THAT YOU HAVE A PET BEFORE BOOKING* We provide coffee & a coffee maker in each unit, however we do not provide breakfast. This tiny house is located inside what is currently an RV park. There will be other RV's next to you during your stay. These are elderly long-term residents and they are extremely kind. If you need to do laundry while on-site we also have a pay per load laundry area on-site. Guest access Banner Ranch is located 7 miles from main street Julian. Arriving at the property you will enter the parking lot. Follow the road to the tiny home community. All homes are numbered. The store is open at designated times. Dining and additional supplies available in downtown Julian. Guests have access to everything inside the tiny house as well as everything outside tiny house lot space. There are many nature trails that you are free to explore. Other things to note From 9/26-11/1 all guests staying Friday-Saturday receive complimentary tickets to our family friendly Haunted Forest. Open 6:30-9:30pm, please stop by the general store and pick up your wristbands. We have events at the property and some areas may be prohibited.
