Card Cove Cottage on Great Island

Welcome to our classic Maine cottage in Harpswell on Great Island. Our 3 bedroom cottage makes an excellent location for your getaway. The living room, and large kitchen complete your vacation home. The wrap-a-round deck allows you privacy on one side while you may observe the activity of the neighborhood from the other. You can see some of the cove from the deck and be on the water in minutes. Our water access can be your exceptional water activity destination. We have internet. The space House Rules No smoking No pets No parties The house is not child proof Excessive noise should not continue after 10pm The grill is on the deck Lobster pot and cooker is available please have your lobster bake on the back lawn. Right of way to Card cove, private beach. Harpswell Heritage hikes are near our cottage. If you are a long term rental: 1. Use of linens may not be supplied (Discussion required) Guest access Our entire house, decks, blue box and yard are open for you to use. If you need the hose the basement is open as well. The fish house is not for guests and please stay off the rock walls. The Firepit is not available as well, the weather has been to dry! You may drive down our right of way to launch your water sport equipment. You may leave your water sports equipment on our shore house property in front of the old skiff. Then please drive your vehicle back to the cottage. Our location is a hub for many of the local area attractions. See our guest book for walking directions to Card Cove and additional local activities. There are many wonderful restaurants, hikes, preserves, boat tours, beaches, the arts and shopping. We are close to Bowdoin College and Brunswick. Other things to note We have internet Verizon cellular service is great, 4G. We hotspot. -The drinking water is excellent as we are on the best aquifer in the area. -Refrigerator/freezer, gas oven/ stove, coffee maker, toaster, Microwave, outside grill, lobster cooker/pots Card cove is a great place for water activities: swimming, kayaking, boating, exploring etc. -Laundry facilities nearby. -Garbage removal, Long term rentals must remove their own garbage Long term rentals 1.
