Welcome to Wish STR in Scottsdale, Arizona! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place! This unit is nestled in a mid-century modern community in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale walking distance to all local area restaurants, bars, shops and the Entertainment District The space The unit has a comfortable, laid-back, Asian-inspired atmosphere with bamboo floors, comfy couches, and 2 bedrooms with 1 king-sized bed with an adjustable Tempurpedic base and massage features and another with a queen-sized bed. There is a 65-inch Smart TV in the living room and Smart TVs in each bedroom. The modern kitchen has everything you would need to prepare meals and host. There is a stacked washer and dryer. All the comforts you would expect. There is privacy, as well, as it is a corner unit in the complex. The second bedroom has a small seated stationary bike in case you need to blow off some steam or get in a quick work-out. *Important: Though our smart TVs have streaming apps installed (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime), guests would need to log in with their own credentials. Please remember to logout of the apps at checkout. IMPORTANT NOTICE: The community operates on a central chiller/cooling system with individual air handlers in each unit. Depending on the season, units will have either AC or heat, but not both simultaneously. The building management determines when to switch between heating and cooling. Starting 02/02/2026, the building management has switched the settings from heat to cool mode. This is until further notice. There are space heaters and supplemental units in the bedrooms Guest access There is a laundry room on-site for larger needs, but there is a generous stacked washer and dryer in the unit. There is also a shared pool for guest use. There is open parking all along the street in the neighborhood and an assigned spot #19 for guests on the North Side of the building. Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages. kindly use your own account credentials for streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. AC usage: To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest. Other things to note We want to ensure that your stay with us is enjoyable and hassle-free. To make sure that we maintain the property's cleanliness and safety, we kindly request that you take note of the following reminders for STRICT IMPLEMENTATION during your stay at our property: • Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. • Smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is strictly not allowed anywhere on the property. Please smoke on the street and do not litter cigarette butts or ashes on the property. • Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, and the like are not allowed. • Check-in time is after 4 PM and check-out time is by 11 AM. • Please use the smart lock for self-check-in. • Respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels down and avoiding disturbances. • Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. • Burning candles, incense, or any other open flames is strictly prohibited. • Personal mail deliveries are not allowed on the property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries. • Please ensure that you lock the door AT ALL TIMES to ensure the safety of you and your belongings. • The number of guests staying should not exceed the number stated in your reservation, and unapproved visitors are not allowed. • Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 PM, are not allowed. • Please note that excessive internet data usage will result in a fee of $50 if it exceeds the limits of our plan. • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it. NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, or air conditioner) will result in a $100 charge. • FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking. • FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $50. • FEES: Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $50 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation to avoid this issue. • FEES: A $250 fee will be assessed for blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras. •Toiletries provided in the bathroom are intended for initial use only. These items are meant to serve as a startup kit to get you settled in upon your arrival. For longer stays or if you require additional supplies, we kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements to purchase these items as needed.
