Amazing Place, or Sea Dunes J5, is a beautiful 3 bedroom townhome with a view of the Atlantic. Our guests have raved about how well equipped our townhome is. Rentals in High season are Sat - Sat. The pool and hot tub are usually open Memorial Day to Labor Day (give or take a few weeks). We do not rent to groups under 25 years of age. I will need to see your identification once the booking is confirmed. If you are under 25, the reservation will be cancelled. The space Out townhome is own a great place for a time of peace and quiet. There is no one on site. However, I do have cleaning/maintenance folks who can assist you if needed. Other things to note Once you book this property, I will send you the rental contract to sign. This year (2022), we have repainted all common areas, renovated the kitchen (new cabinets, and quartz countertops), and turned the wet bar into a coffee bar. If comparing with rental companies, please note that THEY ADD additional fees to bookings... with owners, the price listed is what you pay... please remember this when comparing prices! There are additional fees when booking through a rental platform, such as Airbnb. The clubhouse provides great entertainment when you want a break from the sun, or if you have a rainy day (heaven forbid!). The clubhouse includes indoor racquetball, workout equipment, foosball, pool table, ping pong, restrooms, pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball. The tennis/pickleball and basketball courts are currently available and equipment is also available. The hot tub and pool pool are generally open Memorial Day through the month of September.
