Guest access Queens Court is a gated community consisting mostly of full-time residents. Guests access the front door and ground-level storage using a keypad. Code is provided 24 hours prior to check-in via a welcome email. The pool is open seasonally from May 15th to October 15th. Other things to note No Smoking. No parties or events. Quiet time: 10pm - 7am No Trailers Parking passes required to remain in car window at all times. Parking passes are given at check-in. Trash and recycling facility onsite (behind recreation area or on the left as you enter the community), 3-4 minute walk from the condominium. This is a 3-story complex (no hi-rise) and the property is on the second floor. The condominium is in the second building from the ocean. Since the entire complex sits perpendicular to the ocean, you have an oceanfront experience!
