It’s a historic 1915 home with original floors, charming creaks, and imperfect plaster walls — updated with stylish finishes and modern amenities. 🛋️ Spacious living room with plenty of seating 🛏️ Queen-sized bed in both bedrroms 🌿 Private outdoor patio with dining space 💧 Large hot tub with privacy screening 💡 Fast Wi-Fi and smart TV Please note: This is a second-floor walk-up and includes stairs inside as well. 🕒 A few notes: – Early check-in and late checkout aren't available due to cleaning/maintenance schedules – Quiet hours after 9 p.m. out of respect for neighbors – Free street parking available nearby (details in check-in message) – No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property – No parties or events — this is a quiet, residential building – Only registered guests, please – Quiet hours begin at 9 PM – We welcome up to two friendly and quiet house-trained dogs ($50 flat pet fee). Dog policy: Dogs are welcome, but must not be left unattended in the apartment at any time. Due to liability concerns and our shared building environment, we also cannot accommodate dogs that bark excessively. If a dog is left alone and causes disruption (including persistent barking), we may require the dog to be removed from the property or the reservation to be ended without refund. By booking, you confirm that your dog can remain with you during your stay and is comfortable in a new environment without excessive barking. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment and backyard oasis to themselves. Enjoy the fire pit, chairs, and patio dining set. Other things to note: GETTING THERE -Frederick is about 45 minutes from Washington, D.C, one hour from Baltimore, M.D., and 45 minutes from the Dulles Airport. -The home is located just off of Route 15 and Rosemont Ave, near Baker Park. PARKING -Plenty of street parking is available. -(Street sweeping happens on Mondays 12a-7a and Thursdays 12a-7a. Park on the opposite side of the street the evening before street sweeping.) ENTRY -Your unique code will be provided 24 hours before you arrive for your stay. The code changes after every guest. The apartment is accessed via a flight of stairs.
