Bring your own boat or rent our available Pontoon boat & enjoy cruising the Harris Chain of Lakes, even docking & exploring the fantastic local shops, restaurants & bars. The space This home offers a large living room equipped with a couch, two swivel rocking chairs, an ottoman, Roku smart tv with Youtube TV log in, Dvd player, movies, games and an electric fireplace. This space also offers a work desk with a computer monitor, an organ style piano and a 2 player video arcade game with throw back video games. The primary bedroom has a King size adjustable, vibrating bed, 2 large closets with luggage racks, a linen closet, dresser, 2 night stands, a desk with chair, mirrors, Roku Smart TV and a desk. The Primary ensuite bathroom includes a walk in shower with glass doors and. vanity with one sink and toilet. Bedroom #2 is a super cute guest room with a memory foam vibrating Queen size bed, a dresser with mirror, 2 nightstands with an alarm clock, a Roku smart TV, a seating corner and a closet with luggage rack. Bedroom #3 is an adorable guest room with 2 Twinbeds (sleep 2 total with a 200 lb maximum weight limit each bed), a dresser, nightstand and a TV. The guest bath has a walk in shower and a single vanity. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with all of the luxuries of home. We provide an island area for food prep and seating for 3, a large dining table with seating for 6, a spacious coffee & snack bar area, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer with water/ice function, kuerig/coffee pot combo, utensils, dishes, cookware, cooking spices and a lot of extras such as a blender, crockpot and food processor. The dining room has a large dining table with 8 chairs and a china cabinet with stemware. The outdoor pavered fire pit has seating for 6 under a beautiful canopy of Oak trees. The back pavered patio has a propane gas grill and a table for dining. For outdoor recreation, we offer kayaks, life jackets, fishing poles, Coolers, bicycles and a golf cart for use. The large boat dock features two boat parking spaces (one under cover, one not), two table/benches for seating and underwater dock lights excellent for fishing after dusk.
