Tastefully decorated with new beds & furnishings, accommodates up to 5 guests for an unforgettable stay. Fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, TVs, & large covered deck to watch the sunrise & set! The space BEDROOMS: Guest 1: Queen Bed | Guest 2: 1 Queen Bed and Twin Daybed, Living Room sofa converts to a queen bed, there is also Airbed available if needed. OUTDOOR LIVING: Covered furnished spacious deck with mountain & lake views. INDOOR LIVING: Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and skylights, modern décor and comfortable furnishings, flat-screen Chromecast TVs, family-style dining table, Games - friendly workspaces, enjoy the spectacular views from inside and outside the home! KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, Kuerig style coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, knife set, dishware/flatware, kids dinnerware. GENERAL: Free high-speed WiFi internet, linens/towels, central A/C & heating, complimentary toiletries, washer/dryer, Iron, and Ironing board. Bassinet and baby bath. PARKING: Garage for 2 vehicles, additional parking off the street. Guest access This property provides secure, keyless entry with a Smart Lock; so, no keys to lose or to return! You can lock and unlock the door by using a personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Our home is meant to offer everything you'll need to truly enjoy a complete home away from home. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our community and neighbors. As this is a duplex, please be respectful of the folks that live in the other Unit. Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. In addition, excessive noise at any time is never allowed and quiet hours are in place every day between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. We welcome experienced, responsible/responsive and positively reviewed guests over the age of 25. Any and all persons staying or visiting the property must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian. A copy of the guest's government issued ID must be shared with the host upon a confirmed reservation. This is for safety and security purposes and is strictly required in order to stay at our home. Please follow all posted rules/regulations and review any signage that may indicate otherwise. LAKE ACCESS & EQUIPMENT: While the shores of Clear Lake are just a short distance away, the closest entry points to access the lake for fishing/swimming are located at Clear Lake State Park and Lakeside County Park, both of which are also in Kelseyville and a short 10-15 minutes driving distance away . We do not have our own personal boat or kayaks that can be used by our guests. If you have your own watercraft and would like to dock it nearby, we suggest contacting “Braito's Buckingham Marina” to find out what options are available. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact “Disney’s Boat Rentals” in Lakeport to inquire about the range of equipment that can be rented there for use on Clear Lake.
