Cayucos Guest Suite

We are just a short walk from the beach. We are in a quiet neighborhood at the base of Hang Glider Hill, a must do hike for panoramic views of the central coast. We offer a safe, clean, and functional downstairs guest suite. This space includes a bedroom, full bath, living room area (with futon) and spacious outdoor patio. Guests have their own entrance on our back patio. We live in the upstairs part of the house. The guest suite is separated by a solid locked door. The space Our guest suite includes a bedroom, full bathroom, living room area and backyard patio. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed and a large open closet. In the living room area there is a dining table, comfortable sofa, 24" smart tv (no cable), and a small kitchenette (not a full kitchen). The sofa folds into a queen sized bed with bedding available. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and microwave. We offer basic plates, cups, wine glasses, cutlery, etc... Guests have full access to our large downstairs deck with outdoor dining table. This space is partially covered and looks over our backyard garden as well as a seasonal creek that runs through our yard. Guest access does not extend beyond the downstairs deck. We live in the upstairs portion of the house. The guest suite is separated from the main house by a solid locked door in the hallway. Please note that some foot traffic can be heard from above. We try our best to as quiet as possible for our guests. Guest access We ask that guests park in our driveway. We use the driveway as well. Please let us know if you have a large or oversized vehicle and we will happily make room for you. Guests will walk past our front door and down a rock pathway through our side gate into our partially fenced in backyard. Guests will have keypad entry on our backyard deck.
