The space The primary suite sits on the upper floor and features a king bed with a built‑in loft‑style bunk offering two twin beds—perfect for families. This suite opens to a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy peaceful Hill Country views. The ensuite bathroom includes a large walk‑in shower for a spa‑like experience. Bedroom 2, also on the upper floor, offers a king bed with a built‑in loft bunk featuring an additional twin bed, giving guests flexible sleeping options. Bedroom 3 includes two twin beds with trundles, ideal for kids or groups needing extra space. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves these rooms. The kitchen and living room are located on the main level, designed for gathering, cooking, and relaxing together. From the main level, stairs lead down to the lower patio, where you’ll find the hot tub, gas grill, and additional seating area—a perfect spot for evening unwinding. The half bath is conveniently located at the bottom of these stairs. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home and the 1.5‑acre property it sits on. Enjoy the upper patio, the lower patio with hot tub, gas grill, and seating, the fire pit, and the playscape area. You’ll also have direct access to Hancock Trail, perfect for peaceful walks and wildlife watching. Other things to note Parking is street parking, available directly in front of the property. Please note there are several steps leading up to the home, so guests should be comfortable with stairs. For safety and property security, we have one doorbell camera at the front door and one exterior camera mounted on the back corner of the home. Both cameras face outward toward entry points and outdoor areas only. They do not look into any interior spaces or private areas, and they are used strictly for security and guest safety. For guest comfort and privacy, the home’s alarm system will remain turned off for the entire duration of your stay. The system is only used between guest reservations for property security and is never active while guests are inside the home.
