Or cozy up to the fireplace while watching TV using your own streaming accounts. Very clean. Located near American Fork Canyon, Timpanogos Cave, Mt. Timpanogos LDS Temple, Thanksgiving Point, etc. between Salt Lake City and BYU. Fun adventures await with hiking trails, museums, theater, dining, and more! The space The space is the entire main floor of the house with lots of natural light, quiet colors, and German accents throughout. There are 3 private bedrooms, 2 of which have comfortable queen sized beds and the other has twin bunkbeds, each with a limit of 150 pounds. Each bedroom also has a dresser and a closet. The full master bathroom is located in the master bedroom and features a large walk-in shower. The full hallway bathroom features a tub/shower. At the end of the hallway is a fully furnished laundry room with a washer, dryer, laundry supplies and an iron and ironing board. Cleaning supplies are also here on a shelf. The cozy living room is just inside the front door and has a couch with a pull-out queen bed and several comfy chairs. There is a fully stocked kitchen with a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, microwave, refrigerator and stove. The kitchen island has 3 bar stools. The dining area is between the kitchen and family room and has a large table with 2 additional leaves in a nearby closet to expand the table seating to 10. The family or great room is just off the dining area and features a gas fireplace, dedicated workspace, and a gathering area to watch something on the 55-inch screen TV or play games or read. A large bookshelf contains varied reading material and board games and puzzles. The privately fenced back yard has a patio with a seating area, a large and small picnic table, and a gas grilled that is wired into the house gas. There is plenty of lawn to play and run around on and a heavy duty swing set with 2 regular and swings and 1 toddler swing. Bordering the back yard is a garden and mature fruit trees which guests are welcome to as long as they are respectful of the area. Our daughter lives in a private, completely separate basement apartment with the entrance on the far right side of the garage. She is quiet and works full time with varied shifts and has a pet cat that stays in the basement at all times. Guest access You will have access to everything in the home except the basement apartment. You may enter through the garage or through the main entrance to the home with codes that will be given to you shortly before arrival. You may park in the garage on the right side, on the right side of the driveway, or on the street. Our daughter will park on the left side of the driveway. The left side of the garage has some extra furniture we are dealing with and hope to have moved out soon. Other things to note Each person after two people will be an additional $10 fee per day. There is no additional charge for infants under the age of two. Eating is only allowed in the kitchen/dining area. No smoking, vaping, or alcoholic drinks in the house or on the premises. There is a toy box with toys for children 3-10.
