License # 164481 The space The private entrance is just up the sidewalk from the street. No stairs, other than the doorway threshold step. The advanced coded keypad provides each renter a unique code. Just inside the doorway is the family room with a cozy gas fireplace, large screen smart TV, comfortable swivel chairs, and a sofa. The sofa is an advanced sleeper with patented Tiffany mechanism and memory foam mattress that pulls out into a queen size bed. No springs and bars in the back like days of old! Open from the family room is the full-size chef's kitchen with all of the appliances, pans and utensils commonly needed. There is seating for 3 at the island and 6 at the dining table. An office desk and chair sit in a small nook near the dining table that has WIFI and ethernet port in case you need to do a little work remotely. Just off of the dining area is a laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. The Master Bedroom is large and spacious with a King size bed, nightstands with integrated USB charging, two large closets, and a smart TV. The en suite luxury Master Bathroom has a dual sink vanity with large lighted and defogging mirror, toilet and shower. The large glass and tile shower is well lighted with separate shower heads that can be controlled to use one, or the other, or both. Just off of the family room is a large double door coat closet, the second bedroom, and the main bathroom. In the coat closet are the extra linens for the sofa sleeper, the portable child's crib, vacuum, and plenty of room to put your extra gear. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, small closet, and occasional chair. Guest access The HomeSkiHome apartment is the complete lower level of a residential home in a prestigious neighborhood near the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Off-street parking is provided for tenants on the north side of the driveway in front of the gate. Cars should be off of the street, particularly during the winter months to not interfere with the snowplows or get buried by them. The driveway and sidewalks are shoveled regularly. The property backyard is intended to be shared with tenants of the apartment and the homeowner. There is a "treehouse" like structure in the upper most corner of the property, designed and built for children to dream and play. It is accessed from the rock stairs from the back patio, down the path, into the sand box, and then up the ladder through the hatch to the balcony. Some of the best views of the valley can be seen from the balcony of the "treehouse". Note: Play at your own risk. The back patio has a table and 8 chairs, next to the water fall that only runs spring through fall time. A propane barbeque grill is next to the corner of the house if outdoor grilling is desired. Lighter and grilling utensils are in the kitchen of the apartment.
