We are minutes from the rails to trails bike path, pedal your way to the Bridge of Dreams in Brinkhaven, Oh. We are also centrally located between the popular Amish Country, Mohican State Park/recreation area and several local wineries, Enter the house at your own convenience with the provided code. Through the door you will enter into the breezeway, which has a sitting area and a small smart TV. Out the back door of the breezeway is a brick patio with a gas grill. In the downstairs, there is a living room with a pull-out sofa. TV with some local programming along with a mostly family-oriented DVD collection. The dining room is between the living room and the kitchen; it has a large table that seats 8 and is the perfect place for family dinner or game night. The kitchen has most everything you will need to cook and serve meals. We provide a starter supply of coffee/creamer and k-cups but please bring along your favorites. There is an icemaker in the freezer and a dishwasher with detergent for your use. A small office has some brochures of local attractions, games and a phone charging station. The downstairs bathroom has a single sink with an easily accessible walk-in shower with a seat. Next, up the stairs to enter into the loft style bedroom with a standard size bed that is perfect for kids. The view out the window will generally be the horses grazing in the pasture. There is plenty of space for an additional air mattress. The Big Bedroom has a King-sized bed with a large closet. The Owl Room has an attached bath with a double sink and a tub style shower. There is a closet laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. All bedrooms have an ample supply of drawers for storage. There is extra outdoor seating, corn hole boards/bags, fishing poles and balls for your use located in the garage. You may also use the garage to store your bikes, luggage etc. End your day with a walk, a game of basketball at the barn hoop or just relaxing on the front porch.
