NEW 5 bed home on Lake Keowee minutes from Clemson

Fabulous new build, with deep water, close to Clemson and outdoor entertaining at its finest! From the moment you pull in you will be impressed, foyer open to the Greatroom/kitchen/Dining area. Plenty of room for 4 plus families to cook, entertain and laugh together. On the main level you will find 2 masters each with king bed and in suite baths. The views are everywhere you look, but my favorite place is the covered back porch with wood burning fireplace and tv. The space The kitchen is made for large families, with double ovens and all kitchen appliances necessary for meals. K-cup style coffee maker and crock pot and blender on hand. The lower layer of the house features 3 more, generously sized bedrooms, ( one featuring a king bed, another with 2 doubles and a private bath, and a killer bunk room with 3 doubles and a single with plenty of room for a blow up mattress/pack n play. Rec room with foosball, multiple couches and another tv. 3691 sf. There is a TV on each porch outside, gas grill on the lower porch for your enjoyment: 2 person kayak, 2 kids kayaks, a Paddleboard, and corn-hole boards. Firepit just bring your wood. Gentle walk to the lake from house, with easy entry steps off dock. Peaceful, unbelievably wide cove to enjoy all day long- watch the boats from afar but do not have to put up with the wake of the boats! Homeowner boat is in the main slip but dock has all access cleats on both sides for your own boat or if you rent a boat. Fun all year long- summer lake living in gorgeous clear lake water, football season and water falls/hiking trails nearby, (Yellow Branch Falls Trail is my favorite-but Oconee Station Trail is a close second). Other things to note Crooked Creek Marina is very short boat ride away (2-3 min) and less than 2 miles from the house if you need to put your boat in. There is a 24 hour gas pump at Crooked Creek along with a deli and ice cream shop- this will for sure be a kids favorite! We never miss a trip to Crooked Creek marina to get ice cream and feed the big carp there at the dock with bread the ice cream shop gives you. The Tiki Hut (marina and bar, is a casual “bathing suit with cover up” friendly restaurant) and The Lighthouse Restaurant are in short boating distance away (10-15 min depending). Explore all of the islands Lake Keowee has to offer and if you are up for a longer boat ride, about 30 minutes or so, there is a jumping rock and a place called The Falls where many boats gather and you can get out and climb up the rock falls. You will be sure to have a relaxing and fun time at 209 Hollie with your family and friends. Please remember we share this cove with year round residents that we adore and you will too, so be respectful of noise levels- sound REALLY travels on the water! No parties or events permitted. Our house rules are simple and are posted on this website and in the house on/near the refrigerator. To name a few: Strip beds of linens and place by your room doorway. No dishes to be left in the sink or on the counter, please load and start dishwasher (dish and dishwasher detergent provided). Make sure grill is turned off and scrubbed with grill brush, take all kayaks and paddle boards out of the water and place back up on bank (turned over), place all trash in trash bags and then put in large trash cans in driveway (NO loose trash in the large cans outside).
